Memories

Here's a layout I did today using some lovely papers from Glitz Design. This is yet another layout using the water distress technique, and I'm really loving this method of distressing! After the papers are completely dry, I lightly inked the edges for greater definition.

I placed a piece of muslin cloth as a backdrop for the layout, to create some texture.

I then layered on the papers and embellishments - a strip of lace and some gorgeous flowers from Petaloo and Prima Marketing. The mounted photo is adhered using 3D pop-up dots for added dimension.

While still wet, I had folded and scrunched the top left corner of the patterned paper and I then placed a pretty flower and berries combination here to balance off the rest of the embellishments.

Thanks so much for popping by! :)
