It's time for another reveal at My Creative Sketches, and this month's sketch is a lovely one by Michelle Fowler.
Using papers from BoBunny's Zoology collection, I created this layout of my younger DD with a couple of beautiful tigers we "met" during our visit to Tiger Kingdom in Chiang Mai, Thailand, last December.
I used a mask to create the design on the paper doily at the centre of the layout, beneath the flowers and vine, and also distressed and inked the edges of the cardstock and patterned papers, for some texture and definition.
Here are more close-up shots of the layout.
For more inspiration and also to join in the fun, drop by the MCS blog now. And check out the fantastic prize that's been put together for this month's winner. Looking forward to seeing all of your lovely layouts!
Thanks for dropping by! :)
