Life

This is a layout of my older DD using Pink Paislee's Butterfly Garden collection - one of my fave collections from them.

I wanted a layout with lots of texture and depth so I mounted the photo on a piece of corrugated cardboard that I had distressed and inked, and then tore out a frame at the centre of the paper to place the mounted photo into.

I further distressed the edges of the paper, and added some peek-a-boo laces at the torn bits.

And I applied distress stickles to the wood butterflies for even more texture.

Here are more close-ups.

Thanks so much for dropping by - I really do appreciate your comments!
